The Company
World 16 are based in South Gloucestershire and specialise in property investment. Our goal is to help you start and continually develop your property portfolio.
Our company ethos is not to sell property, but to deliver a completely managed investment to investors at all levels. We are not driven by high commissions; we are driven by repeat business that comes from client satisfaction.
Our aim is to make you money from property, so that you come back again and again! All of our property syndicates are completely managed from start to re-sale. We handle all of the day to day running of the property, taking the strain on your behalf. This allows you to get on with what you are good at, while we work on maximizing your portfolio.
The Directors
Barry Watson
Barry is the Managing Director of World 16. He is also the MD for a very successful pension and investment company called PolicyCheck. He has over 20 years experience in business and investment and has worked with many large corporate companies throughout the years. In many of the organizations he has worked in, he has often being regarded as one of the key members of the company. Barry is responsible for identifying key investment opportunities and for the setting up of the private property clubs.
Chris Miller
Chris is the Sales Director of World 16 and has a sales and marketing background in the investment sector. Chris also has business development experience and has worked with and helped other investment companies grow and develop through networking and referral marketing. Chris also manages the private property investment clubs on a day to day basis, ensuring that the investors are looked after and that their queries and requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
