World 16 are building a like-minded community based around property investment where you can learn about, enjoy and invest in property at your pace in a relaxed atmosphere.
Alongside our private property clubs we try to get involved with as many events as possible including charity fundraising, overseas trips and social networking.
World 16: The Racehorse!
World 16 have a racehorse named after the company. The horse was previously named Ivy and she is looking very good in 2008. Unfortunately she was due to run twice in January 2008 but both races were called off because of hard ground and snow. Although World 16 is looking good, our philosophy is; don’t bet on our Horse bet on our Properties!
Inspection Trips
World 16 run trips for people interested in property investment. This helps potential investors to take a look at properties and get an understanding of what your money will be doing. You will get a chance to see the local sights, view some property and get a taste of the local food and drink.
Once you have been to a particular town or city, it is a lot easier to understand whether the investment will work with your strategy and goals. All of our tours are informal and we operate a no pressure policy.
